Returns and Refund Policy

 

Shipping & Return Policy

Please Note: We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges if item is found to look used several times upon inspection regardless of receipt.  Please be aware that due to COVID we are restricted in receiving returns that are worn.

Returns Items must be received with the original sales receipt and tags or box of the item:

In most cases, for returns or exchanges made with receipt within 15 days from the original purchase (unworn or unused, unopened merchandise), you may:

  • Exchange the item(s) for the full purchase price.
  • Receive a refund for the full purchase price in your original form of payment or receive an in-store merchandise credit for the full purchase price.
  • Cash refund will be given for merchandise purchased with cash, check, or debit card receipt only.
  • Credit card refunds will be returned to the original credit card used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 7 - 8 business day for return refund to appear on original card payment.
  • Web order returns, the returnee will need to pay for return label.

Returns without original sales receipt or Original packaging, tags, or box:

In most cases, for returns or exchanges made without a receipt but with unused tags, box, and unopened package - you may:

  • Exchange the item(s) at the current lowest selling price or receive shop credit.

Return Defect Items:

  • We will gladly exchange all defect products for like or similar value, upon inspection.

Refunds:

  • Please allow 7 - 8 business day for returns refund to appear on original card payment.
  • We hold the right to hold and cancel any orders that a noticed as fraudulent this will take period to 5 business days or sooner depending on the investigation, 

Return Exclusions:

Certain items cannot be accepted as returns/not returnable. Other items have special rules that will apply to your return.

Customized team wear that has the following applied:

  • Team crest
  • Logos
  • Name and numbering

 The following items that are excluded from being returns/if used:

  • Gift Card or Certificate
  • Used/Worn Swimwear
  • Customized Products - Upon inspection and confirmed by buyer
  • Customized Products – After completed.
  • Final Sale Items
  • Mouth Guards - (worn or  open package)
  • Athletic Protectors once worn 
  • Baseball Caps - once (worn/used)
  • Protective undergarments 
  • Used Footwear and Apparel
  • Used Sports Gloves - Field Gloves and Goalkeeper 
  • Used Sports Equipment and Sports Balls
  • Used Compression Wear 

 Team Wear Bulk Orders:

  • Returned team wear are subjected to a $1.75 restock fee per item.
  • Most team wear are pre-ordered unless discussed with ITA Sports pre-payment for the articles are subjected.
