Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio, commonly referred to as Atalanta, is a professional football club based in the city of Bergamo, Italy. Since its promotion to Serie A in the 2010/2011 season, Atalanta has been making significant waves both domestically and throughout Europe. The club is affectionately known by two nicknames, “La Dea” (The Goddess) and “Orobici,” which reflect its strong presence and unique style of play on the field.
